From humble beginnings in 2009 with limited resources and three employees, GWR Roofing now has 43 employees and is led by director Andrew Gove. Together with the management of GWR Roofing, he ensures the smooth running of the organization.

Day-to-day operations are overseen by a dedicated Operations Manager who supervises the Supervisors and Team Leaders who make up the operational staff of GWR Roofing. Each team at GWR Roofing is led by an experienced team leader who manages a team of three to six people. All GWR Roofing team leaders have a leadership position that promotes responsibility and a sense of ownership in every project. Employees are hired based on their skills and work ethic. To cultivate qualified personnel, GWR implemented an internal training program that helps retain employees and improve the quality of work.
