Suburban Roofing was established in 1971. It operates from 30 Oldham Road, Stamford Hill, Durban. From humble beginnings, Suburban Roofing has grown in size, experience, professionalism, and compliance to become the re-roofing leader in Kwazulu-Natal. It is with great pride that, through its many initiatives, Suburban Roofing has achieved a Level 2 BBBEE status.

In March of 2018, Suburban Roofing underwent a transformation which saw the entry of Ubuntu Investments (Pty) Ltd into the Suburban Roofing ownership structure and now owns 26% of Suburban Roofing Consultants KZN (Pty) Ltd.
